Once a job is promoted, you can view and manage all active promotions from your Plan & Billing page. This article covers how to view your promoted jobs, stop a promotion, and restart a promotion.
Note: Promoted jobs is rolling out incrementally to Basic and Pro employers, with availability gradually increasing over the coming weeks.

View your promoted jobs
1. Click your name in the upper right corner.
2. Select Subscription from the dropdown to open the Plan & Billing page.
3. The Promoted jobs section displays all of your promoted jobs, including:
- Job title and creator
- Daily promotion rate
- Promotion end date
- Upcoming charges and billing period
- Payment method on file
Stop a promotion
You can stop a promotion at any time. You will only be billed through the current day, with no charges starting the following day.
Note: Stopping a promotion does not close your job. Your job will remain active and visible to candidates at standard visibility.
1. On the Plan & Billing page, locate the job you want to stop promoting and click Stop promotion.
2. A popup will appear with the message: Stop promoting this job? This job will return to standard visibility and no longer receive promotion benefits. You'll be billed through today only - no charges starting tomorrow. You can restart the promotion after up to one hour if you change your mind.
3. Click the black Stop promotion button to confirm.
4. A confirmation message will appear in the lower left corner of the page: "Promotion stopped. The job is now standard visibility. You can restart the promotion if you change your mind".
Restart a promotion
You can restart a stopped promotion within up to one hour of stopping it. The Restart promotion button will be greyed out until the cooldown period has ended.
Note: You can only restart a promotion if the job is still active and you have Owner, Admin, or Recruiter-Sourcer permissions.
1. On the Plan & Billing page, locate the job you want to restart and click Restart promotion.
2. A confirmation message will appear in the lower left corner of the page: "Promotion restarted. This job's promotion has been restarted successfully".
What happens next
- Stopped promotions return the job to standard visibility immediately.
- Restarted promotions become active immediately and billing resumes.
