To streamline updating school years to alumni after the students have graduated, we added a banner that asks if you wish to update student accounts that have been listed as "Senior" in Handshake for over 3 years. This message appears at the top of the Handshake homepage when you log in, as well as the Manage students page. You must have the Manage School Profile, Manage Students, and Manage Analytics permissions in order to view this message. Select View students to download a .CSV file with a list of the students.
Select Update to alumni to change these students' school years to Alumni. It may take up to an hour for the school years to change. This will remove the banner for all Career Services staff members at your institution until another student account is listed as a Senior for more than 3 years.
Select X to dismiss this message for your own account. The message will still appear for other Career Services staff members and the message will re-appear for you after 30 days.
