The Overview tab includes applicant and view counts, automated outreach and promotion cards, a performance chart, and candidate panels.
Applicants and views
The Applicants card displays the total number of applicants, along with the number who are qualified and unreviewed. Select the card or arrow to open the applicant list.
The Views card displays the job’s view count.
The chart includes Applicants and Views tabs. Select a tab to display that metric, then choose Daily or Cumulative to change the chart view.
The Applicants chart displays all applicants and qualified applicants. Select Show qualified applicants only to filter the chart.
The chart also displays applicant sources, including Organic, Promoted placements, Automated outreach, and Messaging.
The Review latest applicants panel displays recent applicants and details such as their school, program, and application date.
The Invite recommended candidates to apply panel displays recommended candidates and details such as their school, program, and skills.

Automated outreach
When automated outreach is on, the card displays On, the engagement rate, the number of candidates sourced, and the date outreach started. It also includes Manage and View results buttons.
When automated outreach is off, the card displays Off and may include a Turn on button.
When outreach performance data is available, the Automated outreach performance section displays the start date, open rate, engagement, and sourced count. Expand Breakdown to view these metrics by date range.
Promotions
When the Promotions card is available, it displays the job’s promotion status. If the job is not being promoted, the card indicates that promotion performance will appear after the job is promoted and provides a Promote job button.
Note: On-campus employers do not have access to Promoted Jobs, so the Promotions card is not displayed for their job postings.
When the job is being promoted, the card displays On, states “This job is currently being promoted,” and provides a Manage promotion button.
When promotion performance data is available, the Promotions performance section displays performance metrics for the promotion.
