Employers may contact an institution on Handshake to request information about their approval status, review permissions, or seek additional guidance.

Reach out to career services
1. At the upper-left of any page in Handshake, enter the full name of the institution in the search bar, then click on it.
- If the institution does not appear, it is likely not partnered with Handshake.
2. The institution profile will automatically load. Navigate to the bottom left of their profile page.
The institution's contact information will be located in the Contact Information section.
Note: Contact information may include a phone number, an email address, or both.
3. Call or email the institution directly, depending on the information provided.
- If you are connected with the institution, you can also leave a comment in the Discussion section.
Note: Response times depend on each institution’s operating hours and staff availability.
