This article acts as a quick guide to enable an employer to register for a career fair hosted by an institution.
Start by accessing the fairs module. Click Fairs from the left navigation bar, then search for the specific career fair you want to attend.
From the dedicated Fair page, click the blue button Register at the upper right to register for the fair.

Career fairs are all different - some may span multiple days or consist of different types of sessions (e.g. 1:1s, group sessions or booths). Click the radio buttons to select which ones you’d like to attend. Depending on the institution and/or fair, there may be a fee associated with each registration type.
This modal allows you to input your company description, select a schedule owner and specify a company division (if applicable).
The schedule owner is the person who coordinates the schedules for 1:1 and group sessions. It is possible to add additional colleagues to sessions at a later stage when creating and managing a schedule (refer to 1:1 sessions and Group sessions).
If you wish to promote jobs during the fair, select Yes from the menu and then select your job(s) using the search bar:
This screen allows you to narrow down the types of candidates you are looking to hire for. Use the checkboxes to select the employment types, course groups, job types and levels of study/school years that you are searching for.
Should a fee be applicable for the registration type/career fair, select your payment method, add your billing address (optional) and agree with the refund policy to proceed.
To finish, click the blue button Create Registration.
Once you have submitted your registration the relevant institution will have to approve you. After your registration is approved you will be able to set up your fair schedule.
