This article acts as a quick guide through the process of how an employer can manage an existing 1:1 schedule at a career fair.
Firstly, ensure you are viewing the career fair for which you wish to manage your schedule. Navigate to this by clicking Fairs from the left navigation bar, then either searching from the upper-left search box, or clicking directly from the centre of the page.
From the Schedule tab, recruiters are able to:

Manage their team
- Add a new teammate
- Remove/transfer a schedule
- Bulk invite teammates
Note: A schedule can only be transferred to a recruiter that has no schedule created. If you want to transfer to a recruiter with an existing schedule, then the recruiter will first have to remove their existing schedule.

- Create new 1:1 sessions
- Edit 1:1 qualifications
- Edit 1:1 duration
- See the schedules of all other recruiters at the fair
