When creating 1:1 qualifications, you have the option to assign a specific label to qualified students (refer to How to Set Up your 1:1 Schedule). When selecting this, only students with the defined label can register for the 1:1 sessions with you - meaning non-qualified students would be unable to register.
There are two different ways to add the label to a student’s profile:
-
Add a label to a student in the Candidates list
Navigate to the fair's page and click on the Candidates tab. Select the candidate(s) by using the checkbox then click on the white button Manage labels.
The Manage labels modal will now pop-up. Click Add label and use the radio buttons to select whether you’d like to add an Existing label or a New label. Type in the name of your label and click on the black button Apply. Ensure that you are using the same label that you have used for qualifications in your 1:1 chat schedule.
Once the label is added, click on the candidate’s name from the Candidates tab list. The label will now be visible in the sidesheet under Labels, as well as directly on the student’s profile.
The student is now qualified and can register for your 1:1 sessions.
-
Add a label to a student directly in the student's profile
Navigate to the student’s profile page. Scroll down and click on Manage under the Labels section.
The Manage labels modal will now pop-up. Click Add label and use the radio buttons to select whether you’d like to add an Existing label or a New label. Type in the name of your label and click on the black button Apply. Ensure that you are using the same label that you have used for qualifications in your 1:1 chat schedule.
The added label will appear on the student’s profile:
The student is now qualified and can register for your 1:1 sessions.
