The Handshake Open Network connects students from institutions across Europe that are not yet Handshake partner institutions.
Students at these institutions can create an account to explore employer profiles, apply to job postings, and use many of the same career features available to students at partner institutions.
Connecting to the Open Network
Employers can connect with these students, with access varying by account type:

Basic employers: To gain access, reach out to our Support team.

Premium partners (TES / Essentials): Automatically approved to post jobs and events, and to search for and message students in the Open Network.
Features available only to Premium partners are indicated by an asterisk (*). For more information, please check out this resource.
Posting jobs to the Open Network
Employers can post jobs to the Open Network if all of the following criteria are met:

The job is approved by at least one institution.

The job is not an on-campus position.

The job is not located at a residential address.

The job is a paid position.

Exclusive features
Premium partners have additional capabilities to expand their reach within the Open Network:
*Search and message
Premium partners can search for and message students in the Open Network. Check out A Guide to Talent List.
*Events
Premium partners can invite Open Network students to virtual or off-campus events by sharing the public event link.

Students with a Handshake account are prompted to sign in and register.

Students without an account can register as a guest, then create a profile if they choose.
