After creating a campaign, you can edit its details to enhance your message and refine your target audience.
Notes:
- Only campaigns that are in progress, scheduled, or in draft mode can be edited.
- Dynamic campaigns cannot be canceled or stopped once they are in progress.

Access campaign
1. Click Campaigns from the left navigation bar, then click on either the Scheduled or Drafts tab.
- Campaigns that are complete and scheduled to send are located in the Scheduled tab.
- Campaigns that are not yet scheduled to send are located in the Drafts tab.
2. Find the campaign you want to edit, then click the pencil icon to the far right of the campaign name.
- Alternatively, you may click on the campaign name, then click the button Edit in the upper-right corner of the page.
Edit campaign
1. Click the hyperlinked text Edit to the right of the section you want to edit.
- All sections can be edited up to 1 minute before the campaign's scheduled send time.
- The follow-up message can be canceled while the campaign is either scheduled or in progress.
2. To proceed to the next section, click the black button Continue in the lower-right corner of the page.
- Alternatively, if you want to update the campaign with the new changes and finish, click the white button Update campaign in the upper-right corner of the page.
