How to temporarily stop receiving applications
To stop receiving new applications on a job posting, close the job. When you're ready to accept applications again, update the close date to reopen the posting.
What happens when you reopen a closed job posting
- Closed jobs can be reopened for up to 30 days after the close date.
- When reopened, the job is resubmitted for approval by each school where it was originally posted.
- Applications submitted before the job was closed remain accessible on the posting.
Applicant data access after closing a job
- Basic employers: Applicant data remains visible for 30 days after a job is closed. To view applicant data beyond this period, upgrade to an eligible paid plan.
- On-campus employers, Pro, Essentials, and TES customers: All users except Representatives retain unlimited access to view and manage applicants.
