By duplicating a job, you can easily create a new job posting that includes all the original information and settings, while removing previous school requests and past applicants.
To close a job instead, refer to Close a Job Posting.

- The job is still open, and its opening date is within the past year, but the closing date is more than a year after the opening date.
- The job is still open, and its opening date is over a year ago, while the closing date is more than a year after the opening date.
Duplicate a job posting
1. Click Jobs from the left navigation bar.
2. Locate the job posting you want to duplicate and click the three-dot menu icon at the end of the job posting row.
Tip: Use the Status or Division filter to quickly find jobs by posting status or team.
Note: If the original job was connected to an interview schedule, that link will not be preserved. To link an interview schedule to the new job, you'll need to request a new schedule.

5. We strongly recommend reviewing all of the sections before you post the job.
Some key areas to review are:
- Job title: To avoid confusion with the original, consider updating the title.
-
Schools: Add only the schools you want to post this job to.
- Not ready to post yet? Click Save as draft in the upper-right corner to return to it later
- Application open & close date: Review and update the default dates as needed.
