There are various reasons you may not be able to request an interview schedule at an institution.

The following outlines common issues and their solutions when requesting an interview schedule at an institution.
You haven't requested to connect with the institution (or haven't been approved)
To request an interview schedule with an institution, you must first request to connect with their institution.
If you haven't requested to connect with the institution yet, refer to Institution Network Management: Requesting, Adding, and Removing Institutions.
If you've requested to connect, you may verify your connection status by referring to the steps in About "Pending" Status at an Institution and How to Check This Status.
The institution has not granted you the necessary permissions
Even if you have been approved by the institution, you won't be able to post an interview schedule at their campus if the institution has not granted your company the permission "Post Interview Schedules".
To verify your permissions, search for and click on the institution's name in the search bar, located in the top-left of the page.
Your permissions are located in the Institution Approval section of the institution page.
If the permission 'Post Interview Schedules' is not listed, contact their Career Centre directly.
Their contact information will be located to the left of their profile page in the Contact Information section.
The institution does not appear (even with approval and permission)
The What institution would you like to interview at? field on the Request Interview Schedule form may only display a limited number of institutions.
To locate a specific institution, type its name in the search bar. If the institution is available, it will populate.
If you're unable to locate a particular institution, there likely isn't an open interview season.
To verify whether you can request an interview schedule at their institution, contact their career centre directly.
