Segments: Job Seeking Interests

Segments help you easily find and recruit students based on their job-seeking interests and build a positive candidate experience.

The candidate filter Student Job Seeking Interests indicates a student's preferred type of employment. In Segments, the filter allows you to select either one of the following options, or both:

• Full-Time
• Part- Time 

As filters are added, a dynamic query will update with the number of students that meet the filters selected.

To target the right audience, a student's employment preference is automatically matched to your campaign audience criteria. 

• Students who have indicated that they aren't interested in part-time work will be excluded from all job campaigns advertising part-time jobs.
• Students who have indicated that they aren't interested in full-time work will be excluded from all job campaigns advertising full-time jobs.
• Students who have indicated no preference will be included in all campaigns advertising either full-time or part-time jobs.
