The candidate filter Candidate Job Seeking Interests indicates a candidate's preferred employment type.
In Segments, the filter allows you to select either Full-Time, Part-Time, or both.
- When using segment filters, the candidates included are determined by reviewing all of the education details that candidates have made available on their Handshake profiles.
- For example, if you're seeking BA candidates who majored in Business, the results may display candidates who have completed a B.A degree in that specific degree, and are in pursuit of a higher degree, e.g., Masters.
As filters are added, a dynamic query will update with the number of candidates that meet the filters selected.
To target the right audience, a candidate's employment preference is automatically matched to your campaign's audience criteria.
- Candidates who have indicated their disinterest in part-time work will be excluded from all job campaigns advertising part-time positions.
- Candidates who have indicated that they are not interested in full-time work will be excluded from all job campaigns advertising full-time positions.
- Candidates who didn't state a preference will be included in all campaign advertisements for either full-time or part-time positions.
