For each event or fair session you're registered for, you can download a QR code to streamline student check-ins and accurately track attendance.
QR codes help create a seamless candidate experience, even during peak times or in areas with limited connectivity. You can download them as ready-to-print PDFs or images for use in posters or presentations.
This feature is available to Premium partners with the Events module enabled. For more information, please check out this resource.
Key benefits of using QR codes:
- Seamless candidate check-in: Create a smooth check-in experience at your booth and avoid losing interested, qualified candidates due to long lines.
- Offline check-in mode: If your booth lacks reliable WiFi, check-in data will be stored locally and automatically synced once you're reconnected.
- Capture attendee info without wifi: Collect candidate details even in low or no WiFi environments to avoid missing valuable connections.
